July 2018 - Present | Bloomington, INIn this position, I directly supervise a staff of 5-7 RAs and facilitate weekly one on ones with each of them. I lead biweekly small staff meetings and engage RAs with thoughtful and challenging personal growth activities. I also advise Student Conduct Board, meet with Chair regularly, and assist in their training and development. I serve on-call as primary responder for RAs two weeks each semester for approximately 3,000 residents. I serve as a conduct hearing officer and educate students on why university policies are in place and create action plans with them in line with an educational curriculum. I also the aid Grad and Undergrad Training committees to design experiences that align with curriculum outcomes both for the fall and winter months.

January 2018 - August 2018 | West Lafayette, INDuring my third year with summer conferences I stepped into the student coordinator role. This included communicating with chairpersons to plan and execute 16 conferences in four different buildings. I led weekly meetings that included building supervisors to prepare for upcoming conferences. I served on-call as primary responder for student staff four nights a month for up to 5,000 conference attendees. I tracked fees and billed conference groups within the StarRez Computer System. I also conducted orientations for over 1,000 conference guests throughout the summer, all while organizing critical information and maintaining the confidentiality of guests.

Through the course of the summer I ran 20+ check-ins and check-outs for various conferences, ranging from academics to professional development, to just for fun conferences for all ages. I managed a schedule for all of the CAs hours to perform security rounds, evening desk shifts, creation and maintaining of bulletin boards, and check-ins and check-outs. Finally, I am part of our Student Staff on-call cycle, where I am on call for 10+ buildings in the evening hours 3 times a month, where I handle issues like unsecured doors, dropped desks shifts, room changes, and emergency situations.
